Situated 15km from Arklow Town, Maltfield Stud riding school and livery yard is nestled in a peaceful spot in the Wicklow hills, not far from the coast. Operating since 2004, Maltfield is approved by the Association of Irish Riding Establishments and provides group lessons, private coaching, forest treks, and beach rides to the more experienced student.
Pony camps run during the school holidays and early booking is recommended to secure a place. Maltfield Stud is known for providing excellent student holidays to European students wishing to improve their language skills. Students can expect to receive top level English tuition, while enjoying the privilege of riding horses each day. Tours around Ireland’s historic attractions and outings into Dublin city are also included for an enjoyable change of scenery.
